Polish Asymmetrical Basket Willow Weaving Workshop
The Polish Asymmetric Border basket is a traditional round basket with the addition of a fairly modern asymmetric border developed by polish basketmaker Stanislav Dzuibak. It’s a fun basket to make and ideal for tools, kindling, flower display and carrying small amounts of shopping etc.
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners, this workshop gives you the techniques you need to create a willow asymmetrical basket with wooden handle. You are welcome to bring a piece of driftwood or other wood for the handle, but willow handles will also be available...

The book is called JUXTAPOSITIONS and Harry will read some of them with musical backing from Scene Red during the first half of the event. CYNEFIN Band Tour 2025
We at Pwerdy-Powerhouse are testing a new venture: a collaboration with a larger venue, Tysul Hall, in Llandysul; it holds 200, plenty for a live music event and we think that it will attract a bigger audience than our intimate maximum 40 at y Pwerdy.
So, we are proud to be promoting our very own home-grown Owen Shiers and his band Cynefin, on Wednesday 5th March, during their tour of the UK to launch their new album, Shimli.
